2.1

Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use the bd768 platform in any capacity. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. bd768 may request government-issued identification or other proof of age at any time as part of the KYC verification process. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, any balance will be forfeited, and any winnings will be voided in accordance with this Agreement.

2.2

Geographic Eligibility

The bd768 platform is intended for use by players located within Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your use of bd768 is lawful in your jurisdiction. bd768 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular location.

2.3

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bd768 platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method are prohibited. Where bd768 identifies that a player holds more than one account, bd768 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.1

Accurate Information

When registering your bd768 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number. You must promptly notify bd768 of any changes to your registered information. bd768 reserves the right to verify all information provided and to suspend accounts where information cannot be verified or is found to be inaccurate.

3.2

KYC Verification

bd768 may require identity verification (KYC) at registration or at any subsequent time, including before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd768 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. bd768 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify bd768 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bd768 staff will never request your password via any channel.

3.4

Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your bd768 account at any time by contacting bd768 customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be settled. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, or bank account following standard withdrawal processing procedures. Account closure does not cancel any obligations you may have to bd768 at the time of the closure request.

4.1

4.2

Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount on bd768 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bd768 reserves the right to adjust these minimum thresholds from time to time. Any applicable changes will be communicated via the platform prior to taking effect. Players may not withdraw funds that have been deposited but not yet used for wagering if bd768 determines that depositing without playing constitutes an attempt to circumvent payment processing systems.

4.3

Withdrawal Processing and KYC

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being satisfactorily completed on the requesting account. bd768 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to available options. bd768 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network issues, or bank processing times beyond bd768's control.

5.1

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, all bonus funds credited to a bd768 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual bonus terms at the time the bonus is offered. bd768 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings where wagering requirements have not been met prior to a withdrawal request.

5.2

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the criteria stated in the individual promotion. bd768 reserves the right to exclude any player from receiving bonuses or to revoke a bonus at any time if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms, through use of multiple accounts, or through any form of bonus abuse. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player.

5.3

Bonus Amendments and Cancellation

bd768 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled mid-wagering-period, bd768 will make a reasonable assessment of the player's progress and handle any associated funds in accordance with fair play principles. bd768 will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from bonus modification or cancellation.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on bd768:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through third parties, to gain multiple access to bonuses or promotional offers.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals, or providing false banking or personal identification details during KYC.
• Colluding with other players, sharing login credentials, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or game manipulation.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or software vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Engaging in any activity that bd768 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other form of financial crime.

7.1

Grounds for Suspension

bd768 may suspend or close an account where: the account holder has breached any part of these Terms; KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed; bd768 has reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purposes; the account holder requests self-exclusion under the bd768 Responsible Gaming policy; or regulatory or legal obligations require bd768 to do so. Suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on the nature and severity of the circumstances.

7.2

Effect on Balance Upon Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to circumstances unrelated to any breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be voided regardless of the reason for closure.
